Start Your Craft Beer Adventure

The QC Ale Trail introduces you to the craft breweries on both sides of the big and bold Mississippi River in the Quad Cities.  This riverfront region has a long history of brewing beer, and we invite you to taste the top-quality pints from our current batch of brewers.

The QC Ale Trail pass process has recently been improved! Participants will notice a quicker check-in process.  You'll still check in with your bartender, but now there's no login required on your end.

You'll still sip your way to great prizes: the bottle opener and pint glass, but now - if you complete the trail - you'll be entered to win a behind-the-scenes tour at one of our participating breweries!

The QC Ale Trail invites beer lovers on a self-guided tour of the craft breweries across the Quad Cities bi-state region. Check in at participating breweries via your QC Ale Trail mobile pass available on this website to receive FREE QC Ale Trail prizes from Visit Quad Cities.

At each brewery you visit, staff can check you in on your mobile device as you blaze the trail, enjoy our amazing craft beer scene, and meet fellow craft beer fans.

Visit four locations and get a sweet Ale Trail bottle opener. Visit all the locations to earn a QC Ale Trail pint glass and the chance for a behind-the-scenes tour at one of our participating breweries. When you reach the check in milestones, you will receive a text and email message with instructions for how to redeem your prize. All prizes are redeemed through Visit Quad Cities.
